dc.description.abstractTraining is the framework for helping employees to develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities. The focus of all aspects of human resource development is on developing the most superior work force so that the organization and individual employees can accomplish their work goals in service to customers. Measuring the effectiveness of training programs, however consumes valuable time and resources. Many training programs fail to deliver the expected organizational benefits. Having a well-structured measuring system in place can help you where the problem lies. On the positive note, being able to demonstrate a real and organizational benefit to you can help you gain more resources from important decision maker. The study entitled “The Effectiveness of Induction Training program in MPEDA” was carried out with the objective to examine the effectiveness of Training program in MPEDA. The study was undertaken with seven selected parameters. Primary data was collected through structured schedule. Scaling techniques, percentages were used for analysis. The level of effectiveness is categorized highly effective, effective and ineffective based on the index obtained.en_US
