| Abstract: | The emotional intelligence plays a very important role in personal life, work life and career development. Emotional intelligence helps in assessing the personal emotional awareness, emotional management, social emotional awareness and relationship management. Hence the research entitled “Emotional Intelligence among the employees of IBS Software Services”, Trivandrum aims to study the emotional intelligence among the employees of IBS. The primary data were collected from the 100 employees of IBS. The previous chapter dealt with the detailed analysis of results derived from the primary data. This chapter covered the summary of findings and conclusions of the study. |
