Abstract: | The study entitled the financial performance of KERALA STATE FINANCIAL ENTREPRISE Ltd. Has undertaken with an objective of examining the financial performance of KSFE. THE PERIOD OF STUDY WAS SEVEN years from 2011-2012 to 2016-2017. The study was purely based on secondary data. The performance were measured from three dimensions; solvency, profitability and efficiency. The tools of financial analysis such as trend analysis, comparative income statement and ratio analysis were used for analyzing the data. The study concluded that KSFE financial position is satisfactory. Spread ratio reveals that the KSFE should take care to control its interest expense and take steps to increase its income from interest items. Profitability ratio reveals that the overall profitability of KSFE is fairly good enough. |
