dc.description.abstract A method for determination of amino acids by gas-liquid chromatography is described, applied and evaluated. For the sake of comparison a standard samplehuman serum albumin—was analysed along with a number of one-day mixed food diet samples both on gas-liquid chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography. The results show that the gas chrorrutographic method is useful for this purpose. en_US
