Item Heterosis in bacterial wilt resistant hybrids of brinjal (Solanum melongena L.)(Kerala Agricultural University, 1994) Geetha Varghese; Abdul Vahab, MStudies on heterosis in three wilt resistant F, hybrids and their six parents for four seasons revealed that two hybrids viz., SM 6-2 x Pusa Purple Cluster and SM 6-6 x SM 132 exhibited significant relative heterosis, heterobeltiosis and standard heterosis for fruit number and yield per plant in most of the seasons.
