dc.description	As part of the ‘Drug free India’, a campaign by the Art of Living Foundation, students responded to a live webcast beamed across the country by vowing to keep their campuses free from drugs, tobacco and alcohol, apart from volunteering to eradicate drug abuse. Students were told drug abuse was rampant among 80% youth in Haryana and 75% youth in Punjab. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), 30% of Indians consume alcohol regularly.	en_US
